We have a number of solutions which can assist estate agents in selling the properties without having to auction them.

Refurbishment

If you are a property owner and you want to sell your property or rent it but it doesn’t meet good standard to attract the best tenants. Or your property is not compliant with local selective licencing then please contact us. In most cases we will pay for the entire cost of refurbishment!

Assisted Sales

Assisted Living

Assisted living (also known as extra-care housing) offers more support than sheltered housing but still allows you to live independently. We provide a self-contained flat, with your own front door, but staff are usually available up to 24 hours per day to provide personal care and support services. These are tailored to the needs of the tenant and can include help with washing, dressing, going to the toilet and taking medication. Domestic help, such as shopping and laundry, and meals may also be provided.

Rent to Buy

We provide a way for you to buy your own home without having to get a mortgage or interest paying loan from the bank. We will structure a payment plan where by you make a deposit payment, then monthly payments and a final payment at the end if you want to buy the property. This is much better than the government backed help to buy schemes which are for new property only.
